WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT COACH, LIFE MENTOR, MAMA AND THE WOMAN WHO WILL REMIND YOU WHO YOU REALLY ARE!

I know what it feels like to look at your life and think:

“This is good, I am extremely grateful… so why doesn’t it feel like I thought it would?”

It felt like there was more sparkle available… somewhere.
I was swept up in motherhood, partnership, the daily grind and ticking off all the ‘success’ milestones (stressful business, house, marriage, children, cars & boats)
I felt like I was living a life designed by someone else, not authentically me.

I’ve been the woman who numbed out, felt disconnected from her body, unsure how to truly step into the power I could feel within.

So I set out to lean into the things that felt scary.. and reclaimed all that I came here to be.
Of choosing to come back to my true self.
Of choosing to soften into my feminine energy. 
Of choosing to step into my power.

This work isn’t something I've only studied & learned. 
It’s something I’ve lived & embody daily. 

Through motherhood, divorce, child loss...
Through backing myself again & again.

And what I know now is that this life isn’t about being perfect or needing to become more like someone else. 

It’s about feeling safe enough, expressed enough, and alive enough…
to actually be who you already are.

That’s what I guide women just like you into.
